LONG BEACH COMIC CON

After a two year pandemic hiatus Long Beach Comic Con and Space Expo (September 3rd – 4th) is back, held at the Long Beach Convention Center. Metro rail friendly via the Blue line. A two day festival celebrating comics, animation and pop culture. This year’s guest include Artist Michael Swanigan, Cosplayer Faces By Rachie, Writer Frank Mastromauro, Colorist Peter Steigerwalk, Illustrator Bobby Timothy and much more. Greeted outside by the famous movie and television vehicle line up by Star Car Central. Love visiting the always evolving Space Expo pavilion with STEM related projects, education and entertainment. So great to meet Author and Creator of Surfside Girls, Kim Dwinell (pictured above). Sponsor Paramount Pictures promoting their upcoming horror thriller motion picture Smile. Professional cosplayers included Tara Cosplay, Lisa Pinelli and Ivy Doomkitty. The all ages Cosplay Contest is always a hit with a variety of categories and prizes.
