Another year, another Straight Outta Little Tokyo, a celebration of music to help benefit Terasaki Budokan with Little Tokyo Service Center. Hosted by Clipper Darrell, MC E, Aaron Takahashi and Alison De La Cruz. Live performances by Trinere with DJ Ace, Rodney O with Sir Jinx, DJ Choc, G Yamazawa with DJ Traktivist, Kaze Jones, DJ Rawn, Elemental Funk, Ho’opala and Wez Nakajima. Special tribute to West Coast Hip-Hop pioneer Steve Yano by Tony A. and Key Kool. Live broadcast by Kevin “Slow Jammin” James with The Original Slow Jam show. Other events included the B-Boy battle, DJ showcase, classic car show, goyza eating contest, Laker Girls, Clippers Spirit Dancers and living basketball legend Wat Misaka. DJs Puffs, K-Sly, AkikoLuv, Roldan, Opus, Oggy, Lloyd Honda, Russ-T, Couz and D-Dubs kept the music going all night long.
