It’s been 42 years since Los Angeles hosted the Midsummer Classic and I had the opportunity to visit the MLB Play Ball Park event by Capital One held at the Los Angeles Convention Center and L.A. Live campus. All part of the All-Star Week (July 15th – 19th) and All-Star Game played at Dodger Stadium. Something for baseball fans of all ages, featuring the world’s largest baseball, VR games, batting cages, free autograph sessions, Hall of Fame artifacts, exhibits on baseball history, trophies, photo opportunities and interactive fun. Make your own real or virtual baseball trading card and trade with real complimentary cards by Topps. Try on team helmets and gloves, and purchase event baseballs by Rawling.
