After a year since the pandemic CicLAvia presented by Metro returns with its Heart Of L.A. route, celebrating its Tenth Anniversary, “a decade of open streets in LA”. 6 miles thru Downtown Los Angeles, MacArthur Park, Chinatown, Little Tokyo, Arts District and Boyle Heights, Metro train friendly via most local lines. Closed streets to cars and open for cyclists, pedestrians, runners and skaters to use as a recreational space with 4 hubs to rest, hydrate, eat, repair and enjoy. Great to see the Covid vaccination booth in full swing. Thanks to Snap Yourself for the picture. Next and final CicLAvia of the year will be South Los Angeles on December 5th.
