Back again this year with Straight Outta Little Tokyo 2 held at the Nishi Hongwanji Temple in Los Angeles. This event helps support and funds the Terasaki Budokan, a project of Little Tokyo Service Center. On stage performances included A Taste Of Honey, Key Kool & Visionaries, Paul Dateh and Jason Chu. On the turntables DJs Mike Lew (Mixed Images), K-Sly (Dance 360), Icy Ice (Beat Junkies), AkikoLuv and Lloyd Honda (Kut Above) with MC E.O. (Westward One). Special guest Norm Nixon (Los Angeles Lakers) came out to say a few words in support of Budokan and community. Shakas provided the delicious Spam Musubi’s. A huge thanks to all the staff, performers, sponsors and attendees for making Straight Outta Little Tokyo 2 possible. Ground Breaking Ceremony will be August 3rd.
