The Asian Mystique

At last, a definitive book dedicated to the reasons why Asian males have been emasculated throughout media and history for all these centuries. The Asian Mystique outlines and details--via personal observations--why White European and Western American males views all Asian females as exotic sexual objects of desire, from the Geisha House to towns dedicated to the sex trade industry throughout Asia. Yes readers, it seems much of this is due to the fault of the "Asian" man himself: it seems our Asian brothers and sisters have brought this plague of sexual inhumanity upon themselves for having created commercial sexual playgrounds in their communities.

The Asian Mystique proves this hypothesis further and theorizes that Western males will perpetually minimize the Asian male in every facet of life for the sheer reason of maintaining and perpetuating the Western fantasy of the Asian female as an object of sexual desire. Save for the constant use of the word "Oriental," the author, a former Newsweek editor to its China Bureau, makes clear, logical and objective statements without prejudice. Prasso offers much insight and correlation to society today for anyone interested in understanding the Asian American experiences.

I have to commend Prasso for her efforts in defending the Asian male perspective. It`s just odd in today`s world of so many educated Asian males that a Caucasian woman from New York has to defend the honor of all Asian males. But then again, I ask myself, why hasn`t the Asian male said anything to his defense? My premise is that it is he who gets the most Asian Ass has the last "kekeke" laugh. A must-read for anyone angered at Hollywood`s mistreatment of the Asian male persona.
