What a true honor to DJ and support the Los Angeles Angels Japanese Heritage Night held at Angel Stadium. Exclusive Japanese themed Angels jerseys were given out to special ticketed fans to commerate the special event. A portion of ticket purchases help benefit the Japanese American National Museum. Pregame Village entertainment included a performace by Daion Taiko, meet and greet with Angels Alumi: Shigetoshi Hasegawa and Bobby Valentine, the Nisei Week Court, and photo opportunities. Organizations representing were Bandai Namco (pictured above), JANM, JACCC, Yakult, Pocari Sweat, Kimono Con, Orange County Buddhist Church, and Wintersburg Church. Food truck provided by West Coast Hibachi. Pregame programming with a taiko performance by Kibou Taiko, Game Ball Delivery by Mary Taumra, First Pitch by Masao Shimamura, and Play Ball announced by Leo Kikuchi, son of Angels Pitcher Yusei Kikuchi. The Los Angeles Angels were defated (0-1) by the visiting Chicago White Sox. Great vibe and awesome coumunity event. Thank you Los Angeles Angels and staff for having me.
