First event of the year for me Long Beach Comic Expo (January 11th – 12th) along with the GeekFest Film Festival and Space Expo held at the Long Beach Convention Center. Metro rail friendly via the Blue line. A celebration of comic books and pop culture that showcases the exceptional works of talented writers, artists, illustrators and creators of all types. Guest of Honor is comic book writer and artist David Mack. Join the Women of Sci-Fi as the popular Geekfest panel returns with panelist Jackie Dallas, Aliza Pearl, Michele Specht and Nakia Burrise. Social Square guest included Bai Ling, Cesar Garcia, Daniel Moncada and Luis Moncada. Another great event as expected and thanks to MAD Event Management for having me again this year.
